policy
CANCELATION POLICY
Full price of the massage is due if rescheduled or canceled within 24hrs of your massage. Please contact us as soon as possible to prevent this.
OTHER POLICIES
– Massages are based on scheduled time not length of time.
For example a 90 minute appointment scheduled from 10am-11:30am, starts at 10am and ends at 11:30am. If you arrive at 10:10am the appointment ends at 11:30am for the price of a 90 minute massage.
– Either party can terminate a massage for any reason. The reason for the termination will determine the compensation rendered. Determination is decided by the owner of the company overseeing the appointment.
– A therapist has the right to refuse treatment of a client.
